Maintenance Checklist
Services performed during preventative maintenance include:
- Parts, refrigerant, and filters not included in service plan
- Clean condenser coil and check for damage
- Check refrigerant levels
- Check operational pressures
- Test compressor and motors for voltage amperage draw
- Test all safety features
- Lubricate moving parts as per the manufacturer’s specs
- Calibrate the thermostat
- Check ducts for leaks and proper air flow
- Test temperature differences
- Check blower assembly
- Check and adjust burner unit
- Check carbon monoxide
