I have used Action Air twice in the last 12 months – once to install a new 3 ton central a/c at my existing home and once to check the existing central a/c unit at a home I am purchasing. On both occasions Action Air did a professional job with very reasonable pricing. The employees are willing to answer all questions and are very knowledgeable about the systems they install. I would recommend this company to anyone as they provide exemplary service.
I can’t talk enough on how great “Action Air” is, and has always been on time, very courteous, great rates,etc. I have used them more the last couple years than normal, and never had any issue from their work. One of the few that is open on Sunday…which has REALLY been a blessing when my Mom’s AC had blown capacitators while it was 105 outside. I’ll never use any other company but them 🙂
One of the best decisions I’ve made this summer , He was hands on and showed me the problems. Glad I got it before the mega heatwave hit first of August. Unfortunately the weather still challenges air conditioning at such high temperatures .
Consistently professional and have arrived exactly on time every time. Steve, the technician is thorough, unrushed, and explains everything clearly. Final charges are completely fair and transparent with no surprises. Excellent service, honest pricing, and LOCAL small business. Lastly the office staff always answer, in a great mood, and happy to talk with. 💯
Close call this morning. Watched my thermostat rise from 74 to 79. Knew something was wrong when I was sweating while having coffee. I use Action for service. I called and they fixed the issue. Inexpensive part and I’m back to cold air! Thanks
