I have used Action Air twice in the last 12 months – once to install a new 3 1/2 ton a/c unit in my existing home and again to inspect the a/c unit in a home I am purchasing. On both occasions, Action Air was very professional and performed outstanding work. The workers are knowledgeable, prompt, and take care to clean up after their work. They explain things so that I can understand it and answer all my questions. Should I need any work done on heating or cooling units in the future, I will use Action AIr.
One of the best decisions I’ve made this summer , He was hands on and showed me the problems. Glad I got it before the mega heatwave hit first of August. Unfortunately the weather still challenges air conditioning at such high temperatures .

Close call this morning. Watched my thermostat rise from 74 to 79. Knew something was wrong when I was sweating while having coffee. I use Action for service. I called and they fixed the issue. Inexpensive part and I’m back to cold air! Thanks
Fair pricing, timely, professional. I have used an established Bossier Co. for 17 years for big annuals service, and 2 new 5 ton units. Last year discovered their shoddy work under house. I called Action to service a sun room window unit. We were so pleased with them ..they now have our business and our trust.
I own several apts in Ruston, but was concerned for my 87 year old in-laws in Shreveport, these guys are prompt and considered them family, very reasonable rates also. I wish I could give them more stars 👍👍
I called Action Air Conditioning when my motor went out on my A/C. Greg was my service tech and he was awesome! My house use to be a rental before I bought it so he ran into a lot of creative/ wrong wiring! Greg was very honest, and knowledgeable and he really cared about doing a good job! He did not leave my system the way he found it. He left it better! If you have a A/C problem call Action Air and ask for Greg! He knows his stuff!
